Yes! We implement multiple safety measures including user verification, escrow payment protection, in-app communication tracking, and a comprehensive dispute resolution system. All payments are held securely until delivery confirmation.
GetKarry charges a 10% platform fee on completed transactions. This fee covers payment processing, escrow services, and platform maintenance. There are no hidden charges.
Buyers pay the total amount (item cost + delivery fee) into our Stripe Connect escrow system. Funds are held securely until the buyer confirms delivery. Once confirmed, the delivery fee is released to the traveler within 24 hours.
Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, explosives, controlled drugs, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, and any items restricted by airline or customs regulations. Users must comply with all applicable laws.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before item purchase. After purchase, cancellations result in a partial refund minus the item cost. If a flight is canceled or significantly delayed, buyers receive a full refund.
Delivery is confirmed by the buyer through the platform after receiving the item at the destination airport. Buyers should verify item condition before confirming. This triggers the automatic fund release to the traveler.
