By accessing and using GetKarry, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Definitions
- Traveler: A user who posts available luggage space on their flight
- Buyer: A user who requests item delivery through a traveler
- Trip: A posted flight with available baggage capacity
- Order: A confirmed transaction between a traveler and buyer
- Escrow: Payment held securely until delivery confirmation
User Responsibilities
Traveler Responsibilities
- Provide accurate flight information
- Ensure sufficient baggage capacity
- Purchase requested items as agreed
- Comply with customs and immigration laws
- Deliver items safely and on time
Buyer Responsibilities
- Request only legal items
- Make timely payment for accepted orders
- Communicate clearly about item requirements
- Confirm delivery upon receipt
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
- Controlled drugs or narcotics
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Counterfeit goods
- Items restricted by airline or customs regulations
Payment and Fees
- All payments are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
- GetKarry charges a 10% platform fee on completed transactions
- Funds are released to travelers within 24 hours of buyer confirmation
- Disputed payments are held pending resolution
Cancellation and Refunds
- Full refund if canceled before item purchase
- Partial refund minus item cost if canceled after purchase
- Full refund if flight is canceled or significantly delayed
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, GetKarry will mediate between parties. We reserve the right to make final decisions on fund disbursement based on evidence provided (chat logs, receipts, photos).
Limitation of Liability
GetKarry acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for lost, damaged, or confiscated items. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
